Ten years across aviation, banking, telecom and retail — turning fragmented API estates into governed, agent-ready foundations, and advising the CTOs who fund them.
The most expensive AI engine on the planet is worthless if it can’t reach your data. AI and autonomous agents only create value when the integration layer beneath them is ready.
That means APIs that are secure, well-documented and machine-readable — discoverable and consumable by agents through standards like MCP. This is where I operate: turning a fragmented API landscape into an AI-ready foundation.
And I do it top-down — advising CTOs and architecture leaders with concrete numbers, so the enterprise can adopt AI and agents safely, and at scale.
API-at-Scale roadmaps, centralized design authority, full lifecycle management, group-wide standards and security-by-design — beyond middleware integration.
Governed, machine-readable API foundations — registries, OpenAPI linting, an AI-assisted design studio and discovery — that make the enterprise estate consumable by AI agents and LLM workloads through standards like MCP, with governance and cost control at the gateway.
RFP and PoC leadership, vendor scoring across 6+ platforms, and buy-or-build programs that turn technical strategy into funded executive decisions.
NPS ownership, self-service developer portals, partner onboarding, enablement and the cultural shift that turns a platform into an adopted product.

Delivered CAMARA (GSMA open-telco) APIs on Apigee with CIBA authentication, and defined the target architecture for the Apigee OPDK → Hybrid migration (multi-tier, multi-gateway).

Launched Carrefour France’s first transversal API Management platform and led the RFP across six platforms (IBM, Apigee, MuleSoft, Tyk, Axway, Microsoft) — the full buyer-side evaluation.
Java/Angular engineering, REST APIs and CI/CD on enterprise platforms (IP & author rights, client management) — the hands-on credibility behind the strategy.
